General Rules & Regulations

 

(1)

APPLICATION FORM :- All application for admission must be made on prescribed institute application from only.
(2)
ATTENDANCE :- A student should have secured minimum 75% attendance in the classes. His/her percentage would be counted from the date of admission only.
(3)

IDENTITY CARD :- Identity cards will be issued to all students and they are to bring their Identity Card along with then while coming to the Institute otherwise his/she will no be permitted to enter in the Institute.

DISCIPLINE :- An excellent behaviour and good conduct is expected from all students. This Institute maintains absolute discipline. Violation of these rules will result in severe disciplinary action. Student expelled on grounds of indiscipline act will not be entitled to any license certificate, refund of fee and deposits.

EDUCATIONAL TOURS :- The Institute arranges visits and tours to places of technical interest. Students are liable to pay cost towards such visits.

UNIFORM :- students are to wear proper clean uniform. The uniform will be provided by the Institute on reasonable cost

Note :- Without uniform no student is permitted in Institute premises.

PROGRESS REPORT :- Progress report of each student will be sent to his/her parents/Guardian after every internal test and result of final examination by post.

RAGGING :- Ragging of any sort is strictly prohibited. Student found guilty are liable for severe punishment also the matter will be reported to police.

(9)

BOOKS & STUDY MATERIAL :- A student admitted to course is required to procure text books, note books & other training materials as prescribed at his/her own cost.

(10)

WORKING TIME :- A regular students will have classes any time between 9 am to 4 pm according to the time table.

(11)

ABSENT FROM CLASSES :- A student who absents from more than five days on account of sickness should submit a medical certificate form a registered medical practitioner.

DAMAGE TO INSTITUTE PROPERTY :- The student will be responsible individually or collectively for any damage to the property of the institute.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS :-

(I)

The Management reserves the right to revise the course syllabus timings, its duration if found necessary and also fee and other charges.

(II)

In matters not covered in these rule & regulations the decision of management shall be final and binding on the students and his/her guardian.

(III)

The student shall be required to abide by all rules that are I force and that may be in force in future from time to time.

(IV)

The management will be free from all liabilities in case of any change in syllabus by the Examination Authority.

VACATION AND HOLIDAYS :- All gazetted holidays observed by the Central and State Govt. will be observed by the Institute. The vacation dates will be intimated to the student through notice board.

(15)

PAYMENT OF FEE BY FOREIGN AND NRI STUDENTS :- Foreign students are advised to make necessary arrangement for remittance of their fee and living expenses before they leave their county, so as to avoid unnecessary hardship after reaching here.
